The register

First person, operational, every number dated. No prediction, no forecast, no figure without a source.

Where the facts come from

Two places, both with dates.

Facts with an id are mirrored from company/product-facts.md in the calabrodesign repository, which is the file of record. Each one carries its id, its source, and the date it was last verified, and a fact still marked open there is published as open here.

Deployment figures come from my own host-verification notes in the app-inventory sheet, and each carries the date the check was run.

The tools

Signal builds status pages and exports them as a single self-contained HTML file. It is live, and wiring its export into the status page here is the next thing on this desk.

The runbook, incident, and availability tools that shaped these pages are built but not yet live. They will be linked when they are, and not before, because a link to something that is not there is a small lie that costs nothing to avoid.

What runs underneath

Hosting is Vercel. It serves the site build, with the SPA rewrite and the output directory set in vercel.json. (V-2, source: vercel.json and README.md in calabrodesign, verified 2026-09-21)

Source control is GitHub, in the bryancalabro organisation. Pull requests and Actions run against it. (V-3, source: the git remote and .github/workflows in calabrodesign, verified 2026-09-21)

The AI provider is Anthropic, through Claude Code, used to build, audit, and draft across every first-party repo. (V-5, source: AGENTS.md and CLAUDE.md in calabrodesign, verified 2026-09-21)
